What we collect

When you write to us or ask about a room we keep your name, your email address, your dates and anything you tell us about your stay. We do not buy data about you from anyone.

What we do with it

We use it to answer you, to hold your room and to meet your boat. We keep booking records for as long as the law requires and delete enquiries that did not become bookings after twelve months.

Who else sees it

Our booking system and our email provider process it on our behalf. Nobody else does, and we never sell it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by writing to the address on the contact page.
