The roof is level with the road and looks straight down the cliff. It is where you arrive, where the bar is, and where most evenings begin and end.
What is up here
Reception is a desk under the pergola, not a lobby. Behind it are the bar, eleven daybeds and a table that seats fourteen when the wind allows.
The lift is in the north corner. It is the only one, it is slow, and nobody has ever minded.

Sunset is between 19.10 and 20.40, depending on the month.
The bar keeps a short list: six wines from the islands, three cocktails, one beer.
On windy evenings dinner moves down to level 2.
